Payment and Fees

Construction commenced in September 2008, with an expected completion date of 36 months.

Prices starting from £29,900 GBP.

Staged Payments: The buyer pays a reservation fee of £1000.00 Pounds Sterling and completes the the first payment upon the date of signing the purchase contract.

Payment Schedule:

• 10% minus the deposit upon signing the contract;
• 25% upon completion of the foundations;
• 25% upon completion of the concrete and brickwork shell;
• 25% upon completion of the tiling;
• 15% handover of keys and/or:
• 36 month payment plan which can be split into 36 equal installments after the payment of the deposit.

The sale price does not include the following:

• Electricity transformer fee;
• Distillation share fee;
• Electricity connection fee;
• Water connection fee;
• VAT upon registration;
• Any other items that the customer may require personally that falls outside of the original specifications;
• The valuation of the stated items will be carried out by the relevant Government Offices, however, approximate fees are as follows:
  
  - Electricity transformer fee: £1100.00 Pounds Sterling;
  - Distillation share fee: £300.00 Pounds Sterling;
  - Electricity connection fee: £300.00 Pounds Sterling;
  - Water connection fee: £200.00 Pounds Sterling;
  - Registration Fee: 6% of the value determined by the Land Office;
  - VAT: 5% of the selling price.
